Who we are

Krixx (“we”, “us”) is an AI voice notes app at krixx.ai. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

Information we collect

Account: name, email address, and a unique user ID when you sign in with Apple or Google. Content: audio you record or import, plus transcripts, titles, summaries, folders, and share settings you create. Support: messages, email, and optional screenshots you send to support@krixx.ai or in-app chat. Device: app version, OS version, and language so we can diagnose issues.

How we use it

We use this data to transcribe audio, generate AI titles and summaries, sync notes across your signed-in devices, provide sharing you turn on, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal content or use your recordings to train public AI models.

Third-party AI processing

When you tap Generate (or retry AI processing) and agree in the app, we send your voice recording to Soniox for speech-to-text, then send the transcript to Google Gemini to create a title and summary. Processing is routed through Krixx servers hosted on Cloudflare. We only share what is needed for that step. The iOS app asks for your permission before this sharing begins. You can review details anytime in Settings → Privacy Policy.

Service providers

We use trusted processors to run the product: Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Soniox (speech-to-text), Google Gemini (summaries), Apple and Google (sign-in), and Crisp (support chat). They only receive what is needed to provide that service and are expected to protect data at a level comparable to this policy.

Sharing notes

Notes stay private unless you create a share link. You choose whether the link includes the summary, transcript, and/or audio, and whether it is password-protected.

Delete your account

In the app go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. That permanently removes your notes and profile from our servers. You can also email support@krixx.ai from the address on your account and we will delete it. See https://krixx.ai/support for help.
